Have you unlocked your prevention program? Great! Now you're ready to get started. To get the most out of your program, we recommend taking these first steps:
1. Complete the survey before starting the program
Before you start with the content, take a few minutes to complete the initial survey. Why is this important? The survey is your personal starting point. After completing the program, you will fill out the same survey again. Comparing the two results will show your individual progress. This is a great source of motivation and important proof for your health insurance company.
How to find the survey:
- Tap on the profile icon at the top of the app
- Select ‘Umfrage (Evaluation)’
2. Getting started with the program
How to start your first module:
- Tap on ‘Programm’ at the bottom of the bar
- Navigate to GRUNDLAGEN TEIL 1
- Start with the introduction
After the introduction, you will find theory lessons, practical exercises and reflection tasks.
Our tip: Take your time with each unit and work through the content at your own pace. You can also repeat the content at any time. Consistency is more important than speed.
