The study aims to explore whether taking part in the digital prevention course “Bewusst essen, gesund genießen” has a positive impact on participants’ diet quality, healthy eating habits, fruit and vegetable intake, and mindful eating. The course is offered digitally via the Preneo app, and participants will complete questionnaires at different points to track any changes.
Stress management program
The study investigates whether participation in the digital prevention course “Mit Achtsamkeit zu mehr Gelassenheit” can positively affect participants’ overall stress levels, emotional regulation, stress management, and mindfulness. The course is delivered through the Preneo app, and participants will fill out questionnaires at several time points to measure changes.
Fitness program
The goal of this study is to see whether taking part in the digital prevention course “Fit und kraftvoll durch den Alltag” improves participants’ motivation to be active, their actual physical activity, and their mindfulness. The course is conducted via the Preneo app, and participants will complete questionnaires at multiple points to track progress.
